I have a request for a 3 tier topsy turvy cake, but they only need 10 servings. Is there anyway to do a very small 3 tier topsy turvy cake? Can someone help!! icon_cry.gif Thanks!!!!

Good god! The smallest tiered TT we do is a 4-6" x 3" which gives you 10 servings. I guess you could do 4-6-8 x 2"?? I can't think of a size that will onyl feed that many and still look good at all.

But do you really want to do this cake? Make sure you charge plenty 'cause it's just as much trouble for a big 3 tier as a small and how much can you possibly get for 10 servings?

wow, i'm surprised you are able to do a 4--6-8 topsy turvy.

Last time I tried, the surface area of the 4" was not enough to hold up the 8" and I ended up having to take it off and add a 6" in order to get the tapered sides.

I now tell my clients that the smallest is a 6-7-8
