I want to make an icing for some cupcakes but do not want anything super sweet. Ideally, I'd like something light & fluffy. Any reccommedations? Oh & no eggs in it please.
The only thing I can think of that meets all of your requirements would be lightly sweetened stabilized whipped cream.
