I have a red velvet with cream cheese buttercream cake for Saturday. I baked and filled the cake today... I then coved in regular buttercream... does this need to go in the fridge???? I was just wondering since the delivery is not till saturday.

If there is cream cheese in the buttercream you will need to refrigerate. If you only crumb coated in regular buttercream, you may not need to refrigerate.
