Does anyone know where I can find instructions and hopefully a template for making a 3d gum paste ice skate?

Here's a video. They don't actually tell you how to make them. But she says they are styrofoam - and you can see a lot of detail.

I don't check in very often so I know this is way too late but I've done a 3D skate that I carved out of rice crispie cake. I covered it in buttercream and then fondant. Worked out very well.
