I love the flavor of this. Has anyone tried to get it to take darker colors? It says it does on the Wilton site, but since it's a whipped topping I had my doubts. It also says you can make roses with it, but a lot of people say they can't. Thanks icon_smile.gif

I was able to get darker colors as well as make roses with the wilton whipped icing. It worked and smoothed out much better than I anticipated. To color the icing I used americolor gel.

Awesome! Thank you! I was able to get an ok rose from it, especially when I put it in the fridge afterward. I think my lack of a perfect rose came from my novice ability rather than the icing. But thanks for the heads up. icon_smile.gif
