PLEASE HELP! I have a request for a cake it will be for a frist Birthday Cake mom wants a pig (it has something to do with a face that the baby makes) anyway if anyone has any ideas please help! I would really like to get instruction on a 3D pig cake if anyone knows how to do this.

i love these piggy bank cakes, based on a carole deacon design, if you can get to the library they mght have the book.
very cute and fairly simple too. just bake in a bowl/ ball pan, and thats really it. cover in fondant, fondant eyes, imprint in the fondant skin.
you could have grass on the board, or maybe a baby blanket pattern?

That is a cute idea she is wanting the cake to be a 3d and to feed about 40 people please I need all ideas

Here is one that I did for a little girl that loves pigs. I made it out of fondant.

I would think that you could make a 3d one pretty simply using the stand up bear pan. I woud cut off the ears replace them with fondant ears, snout, I can envision it, I hope you know what I mean.
