HI All,

I just want to do something similar to this cake made for Sugarshack. I'll try that type of drape for a cake this Saturday, so I would like to know how to do it. Does anybody know?

Just in case there is the link to the pic as well.

Thanks in advance for any help.

It's very simple actually to get this look. Roll the fondant, pleat with skewers, gather at one end and drape over the side of the cake. Looks like she tied the two ends in a loose knot on top of the cake.

I'm not an expert but I have to agree with bobwonderbuns, but I think that the knot is separate place in the join of the two swags.

Thans for your help.
It sounds easier to put the knot on the join of the two swags. I'll give it a try. icon_biggrin.gif
