Hello fellow cc'ers. I just got done baking several dozen cookies, and once again, I am bothered by uneven baking results. So I did a little surfing and came up w/this page of useful tips from the Domino Sugar website. Thought I'd share pass it along.

As for their tip on achieving even baking - I'd say they're right, I have noticed that my middle sheet always turns out the best. I was baking three sheets at a time b/c I had so many to bake. If anyone knows of an oven out there that can bake more than one sheet of cookies EVENLY please let me know!! I'm in the market for a new oven.

I bake on 3 racks in my CONVECTION oven and they still don't bake evenly, although they're supposed to. The bottom rack is done about a minute before the top rack.

Thanks...those are great tips on that site!!! Actually, I have never tried baking on more than one rack so I am no help. I should probably do that to save time, though!
