Cookies are cookies, whether they are for a wedding or just a party, I don't charge extra because they are wedding favors. That being said, if there is special packaging they want or extra embellishments on the cookies, that is all extra on top of my base price. As far as pricing, it depends on what the market can bear in your area but a good rule of thumb is $1 per inch of cookie height, thus a 4 inch decorated cookie would be $4. HTH
