You can paint with it on fondant when you need white details. Don't dilute it with anything, just paint it on full strength.

I was going to mention that you can use it to paint the highlights in the eyes of gumpaste figures. Like the PP mentioned, it's can be used for painting other white details onto your cake.

Hello, where do you purchase white food coloring? I have not seen it anywhere.

I'm glad I read this! I was diluting it and it wasn't working! I thought I had too much coloring and not enough vodka! Thanks!

Wilton makes some. So where ever you can find Wilton supplies. Any craft stores should have them.
