I am wanting to make one of the turkey cakes i have seen on here and have looked for the tuturial with no avail....does anyone know where a video or tut is on this..???? thanks in advance.

thanks doug....I am trying to figure out which is best....bc or fondant for this cake also.... the link was of great information and will be using it...
