I need to make a gluten free cake for tomorrow. I have a Betty Crocker gluten free cake mix. BUT I am at my sister's house, she does NOT BAKE, and only has regular vanilla. Is there anything else that I can use in the cake to keep it gluten free? Can I make it without the vanilla without it tasting awful?
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
I looked up "gluten free vanilla extract" and that's what I found.
Is there a store nearby that you can run over to? If so, McCormick vanilla is gluten free. Most stores carry that brand.
