how do you get modeling chocolate to stick to itself? with fondant there are several ways to get to stick when making figures (water, glue, etc) what do you use for modeling chocolate???

You don't! One of the best characteristics of modeling chocolate is that it will stick to itself without anything extra. If you have a stubborn piece you can either heat it slightly or use some melted chocolate as glue.
