Hi everyone
i am looking for a recipe for white chocolate cake made from scratch. i need it to be on the lighter side and not so dense. if you have nay suggestions i would appreciate it

Rose Levy Beranbaum's, White Chocolate Whisper.. It is excellant~! I bake it all time.. If you don't have her book, I think you can find the recipe if you Google it... hth

Thanks. do u think it will translate well into cupcakes? also it nice and moist?

It translates beautifully into cupcakes. It's very moist, tender crumb.. One of my favorite cakes.. thumbs_up.gif

The recipe in in her book The Cake Bible. I just purchased it last weekend, and have yet to make it. It sound soooooo good! icon_biggrin.gif

i will try it for sure but also one more question about it, is the white chocolate flavor prominent? i looking to pair it with cranberry and need that white chocolate flavor.
