I just mixed up a WASC- and as I was adding my sour cream I noticed the container said Fat Free....I had no choice but to use it and see what happens. Any predictions???? This cake is for a little girl who is turning 9 and her mom just died a few days ago. Do I need to start over- it has to be good.
I don't think it will really matter except that the milk fat content will be less and the sour cream inself may be a bit watery.It should be fine!!
I have never used fat free before, but can't see where it will be a problem. The consistency should be the same as the orginal.
I always use fat free and its great. Everyone loves it.
