I personally would have refunded them if I FORGOT to bake their cake but I think its being blown out of proportion

I thought the same exact thing when I read this story! Their cake looked beautiful and that's what most people are concerned about. I can understand the couple taking the "baker" to court to get a refund, but I agree that this story is not real "news"!
