My friend asked me to make a birthday cake for her son who was badly burned in a house fire. What makes this birthday special is that he is alive. He likes Stewie from Family Guy so I made a fondant Stewie that looks like he is ready to say something but what could I write on the cake that shows that this is a special birthday?

I would think that making the cake and celebrating his birthday would probably make it special, having worked in a burn center, being treated "normally" is the single most important aspect of recovery. just saying.

Is there a certain phrase that stewie says all the time? if so you could change it up to refer to him ie---Happy birthday dude!

Isn't Stewie the one who is always trying to conquer the world? Maybe you could go with that theme.
