Depends on your fillings. If they're perishable, they need refrigeration.
Fondant sweats when it comes out of refrigetation. Condensation builds and can make your cake colors run.
I have refrigerated fondant cakes with no problem, but then my frig is a frost free, which has a drier air circulating in it, so I get no condensation.
If your fillings are stable and need no refigeration, then I would just put them in a cool dry place
