I am interested in purchasing (or maybe having Santa 
bring me) an air brush thingy for cakes. I was wondering, for those of you that have them, what would you recommend for a beginner airbrusher? Brands? I don't want anything too expensive in case the relationship doesn't work out! TIA
After doing some research I decided to go with the Salon Air compressor and Master Airbrush Brand Model G22 combination which included 12 Americolor AmeriMist airbrush food colors. The compressor is adjustable from 5 to 35 PSI, is quiet and maintenance free. Eventually I'll upgrade my airbrush, but it's fine for now.
I purchased from Amazon, but www.tcpglobal.com also offers the same setup, as well as a huge variety of AmeriMist colors.
