How many cups is in 2lb of powdered sugar? I dont have a scale and I purchase my powdered sugar in 50lb bags.I've came up with 2.5 cups for one pound, is this about right?Thanks
Usually about 7-8 cups.
My online helper gives me 2 pounds powdered sugar - 7 1/2 cups unsifted or 9 cups sifted
About 8 cups = 2lbs of powdered sugar.
