Refrigerate Tiered Cake With Crm Ch Icing Or Not? Urgent

I have a 2 tiered RV cake frosted with a crusting cream cheese buttercream that is decorated with buttercream. It will be served tomorrow evening. I don't have anything tall enough to cover it. Should I leave it out (uncovered) on the counter overnight? Or, in my refrigerator (I would take out a shelf) also uncovered? I am afraid that it might get dry in the fridge as the cake was not real moist to begin with, but was not sure because of the cream cheese frosting. Please help!!
I'm by no means the most experienced person on the forum, but I would refridgerate it. I use cream cheese a lot and always keep it refridgerated, especially since you're about 24 hours from serving.
Good Luck!
Thanks so much...I will chance it in the fridge.
