new to all things cake........ how do use the lace cutters i recently bought on e bay. They look like lacy flowers but i only get few usable ones the rest stick and have to be gouged out with a cocktail tip icon_sad.gif

sorry i dont. they are made by orchard and I also have lacy hearts - not much help sorry

Are you using corn starch or powdered sugar on the cutter before cutting out the fondant/gumpaste? Is your fondant/gumpaste too thin? Just some ideas...
