Fondant Letters

I need to make fondant letters, for saturday,but have no cutters available... I can order them, but wont have them in time without spending an extra $25 for overnight or express delivery...
Any easy way to make the letters?

What about making your own templates for the letters, and cutting them out? Might take some time but it will save you lots of money!
