Fondant Flowers ?

How long can you leave out your fondant flowers in the open after they are dried? I am not making the cake until this weekend and some of them have been dried for 2 days.

I don't really think it matters how long you leave them out. I have left mine out for a while. They will fade in color though if you leave them near the sun, so normally I try to put them in a rubbermaid container away from the window. Good luck!

You can leave them out as long as you want. You should store them in a box (not airtight like a rubbermaid, just a cardboard cake box) to protect them from light and dust.
