hi,how do i store a cake with a pastry cream filling, but covered in fondant?can it stay at room temperature for a few days?
You can put fondant covered cakes in fridge, just don't wrap it tightly, that will cause condensation and make sure that there is nothing strong smelling in the same fridge - fish scented cake, ugh.
Yup. Goes in a non-smelly fridge.
