Do want to know how to make a small one for a topper or a whole cake? If it is a topper I have made one it is in my photos. If you want to know how to make it just pm me. Thanks

use styro or RKT for a topper, if you are need int he cake to be the pram like rosebud cakes does you will need to build a support structure from wood etc which you owuld make look like the wheels and supports and then maje the cake the basket
