I am new to the whole world of cakes and trying to get experience under my belt. I am a very entry level. I am looking to gain experience where I can get it. I am thinking maybe a spring or summer internship. Just wondering if there was any out there?

I think the best thing to do would be to contact local bakeries to see if there are any internships or part time work available.

I'm sure that there are internships or positions in your area. Even if there aren't any right now, you can just keep checking.
