How much do you charge to go cut the cake during the ceremony, and then take your stands back with you?
I've been quoting $25/hr, and brides are jumping all over it. Am I charging to little?

In this area... You're WAY undercharging yourself...
The caterers that do not include the cake cutting in the cost of their meal charge $1.75/slice minimum to do the cutting (they provide plates/plastic silverware) up to $3/slice.... I charge $200 minimum (I figure, if I've got to pay a sitter, plan nothing else that night, etc, it's worth at least that much to me)... HOWEVER, it's still cheaper than using one of the pricier bakeries and I'll come later in the evening if that's when they want to do the cutting.
Of course, i'm still starting out, and so we'll see how it goes.
I rarely do this because I'm too pooped after the day is done. When someone asks...I charge $50 for two hour maximum. Usually they aren't interested after they get the price.
