Hey cupcakers. I have left over Pastry Pride and was wondering if I can use it up to ice my cupcakes and how long can they sit out for?

I can't recall but I believe that PP has a shelf life on the counter of at least a few days. Longer in the fridge. Did you already whip it? If it's still liquid you can just put it back in the freezer.
