I have used Fondx and like it but Satin Ice is on sale and is now cheaper at GSA. I do not do a lot of fondant cakes but have a wedding cake in Nov. that is going to be brown fondant. I am going to make a big order and just wanted someone elses opinion on Satin Ice.
