Like a Swiss Army knife, or something like the Gerber ones with the skeleton frame? I think the swiss army knife would be pretty simple, bake a rectangle and then carve the corners down, put red on the top and make the sides look like the pieces that fold out, maybe have one opened partway if your gumpaste skills are good.
