How long does it last??
I'm assuming you mean how long it lasts after being mixed. It can definately sit in the fridge for a few days and be fine. It still needs to be mixed well as there is some separation that happens.
I keep it for 2 - 3 weeks (at room temp) in a tupperware container. You just remix it and it's fine.
