I am pretty new at cake decorating. My friend has asked me to make her wedding cake for next summer and she thinks there will be about 300 people attending, she wants square, tiered cakes. How many and what sizes should I make? Also, how many people will a sheet cake serve?
Thanks!
Here's a chart to help you:

Keep in mind that a standard wedding cake serving size is 1in x 2in x4in.
HEre's the wilton wedding chart that I use: http://www.wilton.com/wedding/wedding-cakes/wedding-cake-data.cfm
