Hi:
At the Wilton courses we learned to make Gum paste by mixing Wilton Gum-Tex with Fondant. I now see many different recipes that don't include fondant or Gun Tex. The Nicolas Lodge seems to be very popular. What do you guys use? Do you know the difference between these? What's better?

I use the premade Wilton Gumpaste because it is quick.
