I think I saw one today at Hobby Lobby. There is also one here if you can't find one in the store: http://cookiecutter.com/witchhat45inb1312x.aspx

I bought a set of halloween cutters at a local hobby store. Usually don't do that but I liked the selection and the price was right. I think there was a witch hat/face, bat, tombstone, pumpkin and broom - not sure because I bought a few other individual ones. The set was by Wilton.

dollar tree has them. They are plastic 3x3¼" cutters, witha rubberized top edge, comfy grip, makes very sharp clean cut. On their website you can see the Christmas ones to see what type they are. Six cutters in the bag two different shapes pumpkins, ghost, bat, hat, and cannot remember what was the sixth one. The whole set was only $1.

I got mine at Karens Cookies - she is AWESOME, fast and has great customer service.

I did notice when I was at the local cake decorating store they had the wavy witch's hat there too. It's my favorite cutter, by far!
