Tip 233 is what I use for grass. It works well because of the multiple openings. I don't know of another tip that would make realistic looking grass that wouldn't take forever. Sorry 
If it helps, tip 233 is readily available at any store that sells Wilton products (Michael's, JoAnns's, Hobby Lobby, etc.) if you have any of those in your area...unlike some of the other tips that can only be ordered online.
