How do you guys fill your cupcake liners evenly and cleanly? I just used a small measuring cup, but it was obvious after a minute that that was not the way to go!
I would love to hear how you experienced gals pull it off!
I use a small ice cream scooper, also called "dishers" by Alton Brown on the Food Network show "Good Eats". They come in various sizes. I don't know what size mine are, but I use one level scoop each of the two sizes I have and it's the perfect amount for a standard size cupcake. You can experiment with what size works best. Ideally I would like to find a scoop that is slightly larger than 1 I have so I only have to use 1 scoop. No mess and all the cupcakes bake to the same height!
