I have this rolled buttercream recipe I got from a friend. It is delicious but I have so much trouble with it cracking. I can't even roll it out and put it on the cake without it cracking. What can I do?
Sorry I don't have any ideas about how to make this work. I have used Rolled buttercream for cookies but never for a cake. Just wanted to bump you up to see if someone else had any advice.
Thank you. The friend I got the recipe from uses it all the time for cakes and I try to mimic exactly what she does but for some reason I'm having a lot of trouble with it.
