Hi!! Check this table from wilton´s web page:
http://www.wilton.com/cakes/making-cakes/baking-wedding-cake-2-inch-pans.cfm
There you can find amount of batter and the serving size is about 1.5 x 2 inches for 4 inch high cake (two layered).
Still learning about all that stuff but I hope this helps!
