I would like to know what is the product that the Ace of Cakes bakery (Food Network show) uses when they say they are "airbrushing sparkle" on. Thanks.

TexasSugar, what type of airbrush do you have? I have been thinking about buying one, and not quite sure which one , Ive looked at the ones from Micheals, but their compressors are very expensive, Then i looked at KopyKakes and theres are cheapier, Thank You sorry to jump in 
I have one form KopyKakes that I got about 5 or 6 years ago. It is the red one and has worked for me.
TexasSugar: do you have problems with the airbrush clogging when you spray the luster/pearl dust in everclear? I ask because, since the powder will not dissolve, particulates will remain, so I've always been worried that I'm going to spend more time declogging the airbrush than actually airbrushing.
