I just saw on CakeWrecks that Saturday was National Cake Decorating Day. How did I not know it??!!! I can't believe that I missed it ~~ I didn't even eat any cake that day, let alone make one. 
I've already marked it in red on my 2010 calendar. You all might want to do the same
