Hi
I need to make 25 cupcake toppers of each. Does anyone know if there is a tutorial for these characters. I found one for Elmo, and somebody posted a free book for the disney characters was just wondering if anyone can help me with Scooby or pink panther or both please?

If you are able to get your hands on a copy of Debbie Brown's Cartoon Cakes book there is a fantastic tutorial for making Scooby's face in there. My copy is loaned out or I would scan it for you. Maybe someone else here would be willing to do that?
