I can see why the health department wouldnt want you to bake in your home, but what if you have a separate kitchen on your property not attached to your house? My husband may be able to aquire a large storage building with ac. We are wondering if we convert it to a kitchen, would we be able to make it legal to bake in? We are in FL, I dont know if that makes a difference. Im sure most states view these issues the same.

Talk to your Health Dept, or Dept of agriculture and they will tell you what to do.

Oh no--not even within each state are the regulations consistent.

So you gotta check with you local authorities, the code boys, the health dept, dept of agriculture whosoever rules in your area. Don't forget my personal favorite the zoning board.
