Well, since the Cat's are checking in here I'll give my thumbs up too! I think asking for a fair price is always a hard thing for us to do!

and take great joy in the one's you charge the right amount for (i've started getting much better, and it feels so good!)

Let's just say I learned my lesson and if I EVER decide to do centerpiece cakes again
1 - I will only do fondant
and
2- I will charge at least double what I did this time around 
And did I mention staying up all night sucks
