i do not have the mini wondermold and was wondering if anyone has use cupcakes for the boobs on the pregnant belly cake if so i wanted to see a photo to see the results.

It depends on how big the belly cake would be. If it is a small cake then it would look ok but if it is a big cake with cupcake size boobs, then it would look like giant nipples.

i thought they all used cupcakes. kris_813 used cupcakes in hers.

I made one but I used the boob cake pan it was really cute.

I haven't done the belly cake but have done female cakes. I don't use cupcakes, they would be way too small for what I do. I have these baking bowls that look like apples they work perfectly. If I didn't have those I would probably use a ramekin.

With my belly cakes, I have used the flower cupcake pan from walmart. They were wider on the bottom and larger around the sides so it really looked like a boob. I was in a desperate hurry at last minute and bought that pan and have used it ever since. Anyway, explore the cupcake thing, maybe the cupcakes will be fine. It's a pretty simple cake to do, you'll be fine...Good luck!
