WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE WIRE PIECES THAT YOU STICK INSIDE OF A FONDANT CAKE AND WHERE DO YOU BUY THEM?

Do you mean the wire many use to add stars, letters, balls, etc to the cake?

If you're talking about wire to add stars, etc like pp said, you can either use florist wire or 18 guage jewelry wire. HTH
