Talk to the attorney who will help you do the incorporation papers and your accountant. They are the best source of advice when it comes to these questions. They will help you decide what is best for your individual situation. LLC is not a bad idea. It incorporates the business making it a Limited Liability Corporation so that if you are sued for whatever reason, they can't come after you personally. They are limited to the assets of the business and it's insurance.
