Is there a proper way to use this thing? Is there a video on it......I cn't make heads or tails of this dohicky

i asked my teacher about it and she said it wasn't worth the trouble. but then again i can't do drop string, i've looked at it if it stops the loop that would be great, let me know to i'll give u a bump

That's funny to me that you're just asking about this, because yesterday I was cleaning my cake supplies armoire and I discarted this garland marker since it never worked for me!!!
