I made some sugar art for a Noah's Ark cake. The cust wants a rainbow too. Its on a 10" square. Any suggestions? i would like to see it in 3-D upright somewhere. here is the link to the Ark already done.

I could see a rainbow as a backdrop for that totally cute ark. Maybe a gumpaste rainbow, anchoring the bottoms with fondant ball clouds? I have a moon with clouds at the bottom in my pics (of course my better cloud was at the back...). The moon was on a skewer.

Don't know if that will help you... ?

Edited to add: I just did a search for rainbow, and quite a few standing rainbows came up! I would add links if I had any clue how... icon_redface.gif

very cute ark. I would do the rainbow out of gumpaste against a flat surface. Once its dry, stand it up, and anchor it with 'Clouds' perhaps gumpaste and some royal icing to make it stick icon_smile.gif
