How much should I charge for a pregnant belly cake that will feed 30-40 people? How do I figure out prices? Is $1.25 a serving a good price to charge for cakes? what about with fondant on them what is a good price to charge for fondant cakes? I don't know how to price any of my cakes. I just downloaded the pricing matix but they want me to enter in how much I charge per hour or slice. i don't know what to charge per hour or slice!

$1.25?!? You may want to look at how much the products to make this cake is gonna cost you, not to mention electricity, etc., and how long it's gonna take you. At $1.25 a serving I bet you end up paying her to make the cake.
